Why do it

Project Examples

A group of student-consultants will solve a human capital or management problem that is specific to your organization. Past examples have included:

  • Creating a mentoring program to guide more minorities to the upper echelons of the company
  • Upgrading hiring/recruitment strategy to be inclusive of new methods and ways to reach talent
  • Creating practices around employee creativity to increase engagement and decrease turnover

After each student-consultant spendsĀ +80 hours working on providing solutions for your organization, the team will present their findings in a 30-minute presentation, which will be accompanied by a detailed report.
