Why do it

Project Examples

A group of MBA students will work with your organization to assess whether your organization should increase business, expand operations or acquire assets in another country. Students will conduct research and analysis to select a country, assess risk, and recommend whether you should make an investment there.

Past examples have included:

  • Evaluating and recommending suppliers and channel partners in another country
  • Evaluating whether you should open a location in another country
  • Evaluating whether you should market your product/services in another country
  • Evaluating whether you should expand to another country (ie China or India)

Students will provide a report of up to 20 pages evaluating the foreign direct investment opportunity and providing a recommendation as to whether it is a good opportunity for your company.
