TELUS uses chat services to answer customer inquiries such as technical issues or billing questions. Currently, a client support agent converses with the customer through the chat window. However, artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms make it possible to provide smart, machine generated responses, limiting the need for human agents and improving customer service by reducing wait time.
You are in charge of implementing AI chatbots. The improved service needs to be available for TELUS customers in Ontario in a few months. How would you implement and test this new service?
